Reiki is deeply relaxing & has a cumulative effect. The more consistently you practice/receive it, the more benefits you experience. You can learn Self-Reiki &/or continue sessions with your provider.
Life Coaching sessions provide guidance as you clarify your goals, identify your detractors, set action plans & follow through with the support of your coach. Depending on your desired outcomes & timeline, you can set up a one & done or work long-term toward a series of goals & projects.
Summit Transformation® is a form of mindset work involving goal setting, guided exercises, actions plans & follow ups. It can be done privately or in groups, in person or via Zoom. The best way to gain an understanding of the work is to set up a free consultation to begin the process.
